Terms of Service

Welcome to Loaf & Little. By using loafandlittle.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota. "We" means Loaf & Little LLC, 25 First Ave SW, Ste A, Watertown, SD 57201 — reachable any time at hello@loafandlittle.com.

Orders. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are in US dollars; applicable sales tax is added at checkout. We may cancel or refuse an order at our discretion (for example, suspected fraud or resale) — if we do, you are refunded in full, promptly.

Inventory, pricing, and order limits. Our first collection is limited to 150 pieces total. Inventory counts shown on product pages are real. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear intended for resale.

Our artwork and characters. All artwork, prints, product designs, photographs, and the characters Lila, Sam, and Hazel — including their names, likenesses, watercolor portraits, and associated print patterns — are the property of Loaf & Little LLC. You may not reproduce, print, resell, or create products from our artwork without written permission. (Sharing photos of your baby in our clothes is not just permitted, it's encouraged.)

Product use and safety. Our garments are intended for infant sleepwear and loungewear and should be used according to the care and safety information on the sewn-in labels, hangtags, and product pages. Sleepwear in sizes above 9 months is designed to be tight-fitting: wear snug-fitting; not flame resistant. Always follow current safe-sleep guidance from your pediatrician.

User content. By sending us photos or tagging us, you give us permission to ask to feature that content. We will not use your photos in marketing without your OK, and you can withdraw permission at any time by emailing hello@loafandlittle.com.

Returns. Returns and exchanges are handled as described in our Returns & Exchanges policy, which is part of these terms.

Disclaimers and liability. Except where prohibited by law, our products and site are provided "as is"; our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable law.

Changes. We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
