Shipping

Where we ship. United States only for now, including Alaska, Hawaii, and PO boxes. We're a first batch of 150 pieces shipping from South Dakota — international is on the wishlist, not the map, yet.

How fast. Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Once it's with the carrier, most US addresses see delivery in 2–5 business days. You'll get a tracking number the moment the label prints.

What it costs. Standard shipping is a flat $5.99 — and bring home the whole litter and shipping's on us: the Whole Litter bundle and any order of $92 or more (that's three pieces) ships free.

Carrier. USPS Ground Advantage for most orders.

If something goes sideways. Tracking stuck, package says delivered but isn't, typo in your address — email hello@loafandlittle.com and we'll chase it with you. If a package is genuinely lost in transit, we'll replace it if we still have your size, or refund you if we don't. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout; we can fix a typo any time before the label prints, but once it ships, it ships.

One small ask. We're two people packing every order by hand (with three unpaid quality inspectors). During launch week, if we get the wonderful problem of too many orders, processing might stretch a day — we'll email you if so.
